Submissions for our journal are currently closed

The University of Kansas Law Review is will begin accepting submissions for the forthcoming Volume 76 on February 1, 2027. In the meantime, the first issue of Volume 75 is set to release in October 2026. Thank you so much for your interest in our publication and we look forward to your submissions in the new year.

For Authors

The Kansas Law Review requests that contributors submit the following:

A cover letter with complete contact information.
A curriculum vitae, or other information about the author.
A copy of your article.

There is no maximum page limit, and articles of all lengths will be considered. The only student pieces we publish are those written by University of Kansas School of Law students.
